Embrace your discomfort, learn to listen to your feelings and take critical lessons from them to enhance and enrich yourself.
Every thought, every emotion, every feeling is trying to tell you something. Listen. Has it evoked: Discomfort? Sadness? Anger? Disgust? Irritation? Confusion? Restlessness? Frustration? Mindfulness? Awakening? Happiness? Peace? Silence? The answer is your cue.
Whether it is anger or discomfort or any other negative feeling within, question it, rather than get disturbed further. Allow that negative feeling to seek for answers that allow you to take yourself into the realm of understanding where your heart and mind can rest. Know that only when you are in a state of discomfort do you enable yourself to reach out for further enrichment of yourself, but this can happen only if you are aware of your Higher Path.
If you are at peace, you progress. As long as there is life within us, we are meant to progress.
Embrace your discomfort, learn to listen to your feelings and take critical lessons from them to enhance and enrich yourself. Find your peace within. J
